-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On top of building games internally, I led the release of about 25-30 games a year that each took about 7-12 months to create. I worked with developer studios from around the world, with typically between 50 and 100+ people in size.
Milestone Reviews
Game builds are reviewed all the way from idea and concept, through to release. Each milestone was thoroughly reviewed to make sure it fit our intended audience, with suggestions and guidance provided as needed. We had tight release windows which needed to hit, so ensuring a project moved along swiftly at each phase, at a high quality level, was very important.
Play Test, Customer Surveys, Analytics
We used data from a multitude of sources to constantly refine content to suit audience preferences. Quick and organized dev cycles allowed us to pivot towards ever-changing market tastes rapidly.
Branding, Marketing, Sales, Promotions
Working closely with developers, we identified the strongest brand pillars and maximized their potential across all of their game catalog. With close relationships throughout entire game life cycles, the performance of their portfolios benefited greatly.
Release Management
All games needed to ensure their successful launch on all the various platforms and in all the various languages. This could be soft and physical versions, live-content games, or solo releases. Working with QA, Engineering, and Marketing was essential to a strong launch.
Creative Consultancy
All games needed a guiding hand to make sure that the art, sound, game flow, design, and more were of quality. Customers constantly need something fresh yet familiar to be entertained. My strengths are details and fun. It is most rewarding to me to have a flawless launch, followed by positive customer reactions.
